As an invitee who has received a feedback request from one of our customers, we collect very limited information once you interact with the review invitation. This information includes the review site link you click on when you open the invite link, your IP address, and the date and time you open the link and click on a review site.

Our software helps you with encouraging your customers to leave you a review by helping you ask them in a professional way and by making the process of leaving reviews easy and interactive for them.

Negative Reviews

Although Nexunom has a built-in screening feature to prevent unhappy customers to whom you have sent an invitation from leaving you a negative review on any of the reviews sites we link to, you have to be advised that this does not completely prevent them from leaving you a negative review as they can go directly to any of the reviews sites they know and leave their feedback. In the event of receiving a negative review we have a committee of experts who can help you address the negative review at a reasonable additional cost by either filing a report to remove it from the 3rd party review site, if it violates any guidelines, or by helping you respond to the reviewer.

Children Online Privacy Protection

Only people 18 years of age and older may utilize our software. By using our software you acknowledge that you are of 18 years age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
