From your account, you will send a Review Invite (feedback request) right to your customer's smartphone. The Review Invite contains a link that will take them directly to the review form on a review site. The tool will list the review sites one at a time, with another link to choose a different review site. This allows us to place the most important review site, like Google, in front of the invitee first. The tool allows your clients to be linked directly to the submission form on each review site, eliminating the need for performing a cumbersome task of searching for your business, finding your listing and locating the review link/form on each review site before leaving a review.
